Welcome to the Alumni Website of our Presently Closed, but Scheduled to Re-Open, Chapter in SLO
This site is dedicated to keeping the 1,600 Alumni of Delta Sigma Phi from San Luis Obispo connected and informed about Alumni and University news, issues, and events. We are also dedicated to providing scholarships, leadership training, and character-enhancing programs to our undergraduate members. Our national fraternity was founded in 1899 and our SLO Chapter was established in 1950. Our chapter was closed on April 1, 2018. With appreciation to the University, student body, and IFC, we hope to re-start our chapter during the 2023-2024 academic year. Our bond and brotherhood last a lifetime, as does our commitment to "Building Better Men - Better Lives".

Alumni Reunion Update
Our next reunion will be held from Thursday, May 18 through Sunday, May 21, 2023. The month of May was chosen to eliminate competition with other area events and travel. Please see this site's menu item "EVENT CALENDAR".
SLO Delta Sig alumni established a philanthropic scholarship program in 2012, the “Poly P Scholarship”. This program provides our alumni with a collective means of giving-back to our alma mater and its student body while honoring our older DSP Brothers who designed and built the present hillside “P” in 1957. To date DSP alumni and their wives have given $19,500 directly to non-fraternal and non-sorority students based upon merit and need. Non-Greek, first year students equally share in educational award opportunities.
The 2022 competition begins on Saturday, October 1, 2022, and runs through Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at midnight.
Those interested in this program can access the on-line application and related scholarship information at http://www.PolyPScholarship.com, or use the following links.
The photo of the "P" is from DSP archives and shows a 1981 DSP undergrad work-day on the hillside icon.

OUR GOALS: We value our alma mater and host University. When again given the privilege of having a campus-recognized undergraduate chapter, our alumni and Fraternity will vigorously promote the many shared goals of our Fraternity and University. These include academic achievement, social development, living-to-values, campus involvement, community service, philanthropy, respect and tolerance for others, and the health and safety of our members, their guests, and all in the University community.
